As a Client of Campbell & Company you can expect personal service with an emphasis on keeping you informed of the progress of the investigation at every step. The Client may contact the assigned investigator  or supervisor as often as necessary with questions or updates. Upon conclusion of the investigation, or as often as necessary during the investigation, the Agency will provide a professional report of the findings and copies of any photographs or surveillance video.
A private investigator is a person who for hire investigates and provides information. In the State of Arizona, it is required that private investigators be licensed. Only authorized, licensed investigators are able to conduct surveillance operations or engage in undercover work. Investigators are also permitted to search for individuals including missing persons, witnesses or criminal offenders, and have the ability to search for physical items such as property or assets.
Private investigators may be retained by individuals, companies, corporations, organizations, lawyers, Government agencies, law enforcement, other private investigators - virtually anyone who wishes to obtain specific information. Some investigators specialize in civil or domestic cases, while others limit their services to corporate and/or criminal matters. The Campbell & Company is staffed to handle both.
Campbell & Company takes discretion very seriously. Unless otherwise instructed by the client, a private investigator will not reveal information acquired during an investigation to anyone other than the client. However, if criminal offenses are involved, information may be released to the appropriate law enforcement agency or corresponding prosecutor's office.
While we encourage you to contact the local authorities in situations of a missing person, it is important to remember that one of the key challenges of police-led missing persons cases is time. Police will typically only begin looking for a missing person after a specified period of time has passed (24-hours if the person is over the age of 13) and are often reluctant to search for someone who voluntarily left home (teen runaway), are involved in a civil dispute (deadbeat tenant), or chooses to live on the streets (missing relative). Even in situations where they do engage in a search, they are limited in jurisdiction and can only dedicate so much manpower for so long before they may be required to end the investigation.

Missing persons cases require time, focus and the right amount of creative thinking. Hiring a private detective can provide the assurance of a dedicated team who will concentrate on every detail of your case for as long as you wish to retain them.
The first step is to contact our office. Either by phone, email or in person, an investigator will review the specific details of your case in order to recommend an appropriate course of action and discuss rates. If Campbell & Company takes your case, you will then be asked to complete a standard retainer agreement and submit a retainer payment. Most clients submit their cases via email after an initial telephone consultation. At that point, an appropriate retainer is invoiced online via PayPal.
Campbell & Company offers a free limited telephone consultation. The free consultation is by telephone and usually limited to about 15 minutes. Office or in person consultations are also available by appointment only and a fee may apply.
Unless you are an established business client, a retainer is required prior to the commencement of any investigative work.
As mentioned above, unless you are an established business client, prepayment of a retainer is required prior to the commencement of any investigation. Additionally, you will be advised and agree to the retainer amount and 100% of that amount will be deposited as the retainer.
Payment by personal check may create a delay of up to one week for funds to clear prior to the beginning of any investigation. Certified and Cashiers checks or money orders are considered the same as cash and will not create any delay. Wire transfers may also incur a delay.
Payments made via PayPal are considered instant payment. Over 95% of our non-commercial clients use this option. When a retainer amount is agreed upon, you will receive an email retainer invoice. You simply clik on the link in the email and will then be taken directly to PayPal's secure servers. There, you can use a credit or debit card to complete the retainer deposit. Please keep in mind, you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service.
We do not currently accept installment payments for investigative services. Further, it is unlikely this will change.
Currently, there are no positions available with Campbell & Company.
